In my time leading internal communications and employee engagement at Sprinklr, my team was responsible for a number of initiatives and campaigns that sought to connect our company to our core values and diversity.

Corporate Giving

My team lead crisis response for natural disaster impacts and security events. As we launched the program we were thrilled to be able to support fundraising with COHI international for Hurricane Harvey relief, as well as other programs to support Hurricane Irma, and the California wild fires.

Diversity

Our team planned annual calendars of events together with our employee resource groups that could be coordinated around our global offices and for remote employees to participate in. Campaign activations were across internal communications channels such as Workplace and Slack, as well as with public engagement across Sprinklr’s social channels integrating employee advocacy to amplify our efforts.

With little to no design budget, during my tenure at Afilias we consistently created interesting content to make the .INFO domain relevant to domain, web and ad-tech trade publications. This included our annual reports that were all written and designed in house (myself or my team often doing the InDesign layouts ourselves). Moreover, they include a synopsis of the annual campaigns we ran including building a brand site for .INFO and launching a public directory, running regular user surveys, and hosting an annual .INFO awards program with expert judges recognizing interesting sites using the TLD.

Built the social media command center product from concept into multi-million dollar product line that worked across Sprinklr’s entire set of data and analytics and was deployed by dozens of Fortune 100 brands into brand command centers, executive screens, events, and in retail stores.

Completed installation, social listening design and initial storyboarding with my team for 50-screen deployment in Sprinklr HQ at the centerpiece of 2014 Voice of the Customer tour.

Social Media Programs

Between 2011 and 2014 our team build a crisis response infrastructure in DuPont’s corporate communications department that included a foundation of social listening, crisis action planning, and a workflow and escalation process. That grew into a program that could support our company’s expansion of the corporate brand into social across Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, SlideShare, YouTube, StockTwits, and hosted WordPress thought leadership blog.

I was thrilled to be selected to present at the 2013 PRSA digital impact conference on how our program supported DuPont’s Global Food Security Index campaign, which ultimately won a PRSA Silver Anvil and numerous other awards.

 

 

 

Sales Incentive meetings

This 2008 sales incentive meeting won the 2009 “Best Multiple Day Incentive Event” in the Gala Awards from Special Events Magazine. After Hurricane Omar forced the relocation of this event from Nevis, our team was able to recreate the event and rebook nearly 100 guests to Key Biscayne, FL. The event included three themed dinners, training sessions, full and half day excursions, spa treatments, dine-arounds, and evening room-dropped gifts.

The 5 day 2009 Retreat at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua in Maui featured: Nightly room drops, three produced dinners including a final awards dinner, two full days of business meetings, spa treatments, hula lessons, lei making, cooking classes, excursions such as catamaran sailing, surfing, golfing, rainforest hikes etc. We also flew in guest speaker Ken “TK” Manningly, Apollo 13 and Apollo 16 astronaut as our guest speaker on leading teams, with a movie night late in the week featuring a showing of Apollo 13 the movie (Ken was played by Gary Sinese).
